Take your curriculum digital — without adding a campus

This is Hollow Oak School. A TK–8 nature school with two campuses and a growing online program, all running one shared curriculum. Step in as the head of school, a lead guide, or a student. One click, no signup.

Head of School

Dana Whitfield

The whole school at a glance — every campus, program, class and student in one place.

Lead Guide

Priya Raman

Build a unit once — lessons, field work, quizzes, projects and progress for every class that runs it.

Student

Mateo Alvarez (Grade 5)

What a child and their family see — this week’s lessons, what’s done, what’s next.

You can switch between these views at any time from the demo bar.

What this demo shows

1

Write the curriculum once

Hollow Oak’s units live in one library. Lower School, Upper School and the online program all draw from it — duplicate a unit to a new class in one click instead of rebuilding it per campus.

2

Scale past the buildings

The online program is a workspace, not a campus. The same units reach remote families — and can be licensed to partner schools — without new classrooms, new staff per site, or new tuition maths.

3

Enrol a class in seconds

Paste a class list or upload a CSV and the whole class is enrolled. Guides get their classes; families get access. No one-by-one data entry.

4

See the learning, not just the admin

Who has finished what, where a child is stuck, how a unit performed across classes — plus quizzes, project submissions, feedback and certificates.

This sits alongside your admin system, it doesn’t replace it

Tuition, admissions and family billing stay where they are (TUIO, FACTS, whatever you run). Sprightly is the learning layer on top: curriculum, delivery, assessment and progress. That is deliberately the half nobody else is giving you.
